Sessions Alpha is a technical charting tool for the TradingView platform, supplied together with written documentation. A subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it on your own TradingView account for as long as the subscription is active.
Sessions Alpha is an educational and analytical tool. It is not a trading system, it does not guarantee profitable trades, and it does not predict future price movement. Nothing supplied constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and no part of it should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument.
Access is granted manually against the TradingView username you supply at checkout. It is your responsibility to give the correct username. Access is normally granted within a few hours. Sharing, reselling, or republishing the tool or the documentation is not permitted and will end your subscription without refund.
Subscriptions are monthly and renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the paid period. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
The tool runs on TradingView, a third-party platform we do not control. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, and platform changes may require updates.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or consequential damages arising from use of the tool or the documentation. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and their outcomes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be notified by email to active subscribers.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. confirm with counsel
