If Sessions Alpha is not for you, email us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. You do not need to explain why and there is no form to fill in. This is a money-back guarantee rather than a free trial: you pay first and we return it if you ask. It applies to your first payment on a subscription, not to renewals.
Access to the tool is removed and the subscription is cancelled. The refund is processed by our payment processor and usually reaches you within five to ten working days, depending on your bank.
The strategy guide is yours regardless. The strategy in it does not depend on the tool and you are welcome to trade it by hand.
Beyond the first 30 days we do not refund part-months, but you can cancel at any time and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for.
